Linnea Marie Danna

June 18, 1960 -
March 18, 2026
Birthplace: Massillon, Ohio
Resided In: Burnet, Texas

Linnea Marie Grosswiler Danna, born June 18, 1960, in Massillon, Ohio, peacefully went to be with the Lord March 19, 2026. She was the daughter of the late Joan and Charles Grosswiler and a proud 1979 graduate of Jackson High School. While her roots were in Ohio, she spent most of her life in Texas, where she built her home and family.

Linnea was a woman of grace, beauty, and warmth. She was always beautifully dressed, rarely without her signature dangly earrings, and carried a laugh that could light up any room. She knew no stranger and had a special gift for making everyone feel welcomed, valued, and loved. Even through her health battle, her sense of humor never left her, and she continued to bring joy to those around her.

Linnea was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Paul Travis Danna.

She is survived by her loving children, daughter Alivia (Caleb) Youree and son Preston (Adrianna) Danna; her cherished granddaughters Aubrey, Fallon, Canaan Youree, and Aspen Danna; her siblings, Char (Everett) Maynard, Tina (John) Bishop, Charles (Margo) Grosswiler, and Stephen (Kat) Grosswiler; her best friend, Lynette (Kevin) Fulmer; along with many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends whom she loved deeply.

A celebration of Linnea’s life was held in Ohio on April 22, 2026, hosted by her siblings and best friend, where many gathered to honor and remember her. A Texas celebration of life will be held in Burnet on May 15, 2026 with details to be announced.

Linnea’s life was a reflection of love, kindness, and faith. She leaves behind a legacy of compassion and joy that will continue to live on in all who knew her. While she will be deeply missed, we find peace in knowing she is now healed and reunited with loved ones in the presence of the Lord.

“Well done, good and faithful servant… Enter into the joy of your Lord.” – Matthew 25:23
