I called many places to set up prepaid cremation for my Mom and this company was the best one I found. Very easy, straightforward and caring staff. The process after was just a few forms to fill out, they are readily available to help with any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this company. Thank you for making everything easier for me!

Our experience with Cremation.Green was exceptional. The company we initially chose to help us proved to be a very poor choice on our part. Sara helped us transfer my father‘s body to Cremation.Green and took care of all the details. Sara kept us informed of every detail and was exceedingly pleasant to talk to on the phone. I would not hesitate to use this company again. I felt that they really cared about what my family was going through. I would give them more than five stars if I could.

This is the second time I have used Green Cremation and I cannot recommend them more highly. Everyone I speak with is pleasant, thoughtful and always have a calming demeanor. The process and paperwork are very easy and prices are reasonable. Response time for communications is very quick. I highly recommend Green Cremation for the care of your loved ones.

The staff of Cremation.Green are compassionate and professional. Their clientele come to them during the hardest, most emotional days of their lives and they handle it with such grace. A very special thank you to Gideon who picked up my father in the middle of the night in a rainstorm. His clothes were dry and tidy but his hair told me he had already been soaked to the bone. He never rushed and showed my father such dignity even as they left the house in the pouring rain.

Cremation.Green took extreme good care of our loved one when he unexpectedly passed away. In addition, they worked with the hospital and county to expedite our funeral and cremation services so we can send him away according to Hindu tradition. This touched our hearts as we were able to provide the best care with the help of Cremation.Green. I would highly recommend this place if you need funeral services.

My only in person experience with cremation.green was when they delivered my mother's ashes to my home. Appointment was scheduled for 7:00 p.m. and by 9:00 p.m. I still had not heard from anybody. I called at 9:30 and they said that they would deliver them within an hour... 3.5 hours later than I had expected. In the grand scheme of things maybe it's not huge, but it was upsetting for a time like this.

From beginning to the end, Cremation.Green were attentive, patient, and respectful. They arrived promptly to pick up the decedent. I made several calls to the office while going through the planning and process. Sarah was helpful helping me navigate the decisions and answered all my questions with grace. In fact, all the staff I came in contact with were patient and fielded my questions. Should you have need for these services, Cremation.Green is a great choice.

My mother passed on May 7th and I called several places, most made the call difficult. Cremation Green was quick and to the point just like I wanted. They provided more than enough information and their website is very informative prior to the call as well. I picked up my mother’s ashes less than a month from initially calling them. I had a family urn already and they worked with me.

Overall helpful and good people. Marlaena is very patient and professional, we were comfortable leaving our grandmother in their care. I have recommended them to others and I would do so. My one issue has been with the Death Certificates. We paid for multiple copies, and through lots of run around, we are having to take care of that on our own, with the State, /again/. I need the business to offer pick up for Death Certificates. I would have paid a fee to do so. I understand that might be a challenge for liability reasons, but it's got to be better than us having to run around months after our Grandmother's death to still get certificates we already paid for, because we didn't receive the first set, and because we didn't request them originally, have to start this process all over again.
