The staff of Cremation.Green are compassionate and professional. Their clientele come to them during the hardest, most emotional days of their lives and they handle it with such grace. A very special thank you to Gideon who picked up my father in the middle of the night in a rainstorm. His clothes were dry and tidy but his hair told me he had already been soaked to the bone. He never rushed and showed my father such dignity even as they left the house in the pouring rain.

Cremation.Green took extreme good care of our loved one when he unexpectedly passed away. In addition, they worked with the hospital and county to expedite our funeral and cremation services so we can send him away according to Hindu tradition. This touched our hearts as we were able to provide the best care with the help of Cremation.Green. I would highly recommend this place if you need funeral services.

I made several calls to the office while going through the planning and process. Sarah was helpful helping me navigate the decisions and answered all my questions with grace. We recently used Cremation Green for my father-in-law and we were very pleased with the experience. The staff was responsive, compassionate and accomodated a special request. They answered our questions promptly and worked with us to meet our family's needs. Most importantly, they did not pressure us or try to upsell additional services during a difficult time. My mother passed on May 7th and I called several places, most made the call difficult. Cremation Green was quick and to the point just like I wanted. They provided more than enough information and their website is very informative prior to the call as well. I picked up my mother’s ashes less than a month from initially calling them. I had a family urn already and they worked with me.

The night person who collected my former husband was so kind, respectful, and considerate. It was a nice touch when he covered him with a US flag because he was a veteran. I have told my friends how well you all conduct this procedure. Thank you.

The person who came to get my wife after her passing was incredibly sensitive and understanding. They supported me through the most difficult time in my life. I recommend them without hesitation.

Overall helpful and good people. Marlaena is very patient and professional, we were comfortable leaving our grandmother in their care. I have recommended them to others and I would do so. My one issue has been with the Death Certificates. We paid for multiple copies, and through lots of run around, we are having to take care of that on our own, with the State, /again/. I need the business to offer pick up for Death Certificates. I would have paid a fee to do so. I understand that might be a challenge for liability reasons, but it's got to be better than us having to run around months after our Grandmother's death to still get certificates we already paid for, because we didn't receive the first set, and because we didn't request them originally, have to start this process all over again.

My wife Tammy passed away suddenly on Valentine's Day, and Cremation Green was very helpful in my journey to take care of her final expenses. Sarah in particular was with me every step of the way, guiding me, as my mind was just a bowl of spaghetti. They took care of everything and communicated all the way through the process. I would definitely recommend them. The prices were right, and the service even better.

Very kind and compassionate team that helped handle every step of the process. Most importantly, they were incredibly cost efficient compared to the main two or three well known funeral homes in town whose prices were easily 3 to 4 times more expensive for the exact same service. We had never heard of this business and found them online. The process was very turn key and we were overall very pleased. I would recommend them to others needing funeral services in Austin.

From the time they picked them up to the time we recieved thier remains , green was fantastic. Very helpful, very good at communicating information and times . Very sincere and peaceful on the phone. Great job during trying times. Sara F and Jacob Moore were beyond Texas friendly. They answered all my questions day and night. I couldn't be more pleased.

This facility really made the difference as we said goodbye to our son. Everyone we worked with not just went above and beyond to make sure all of our request were met but they did everything with great respect. All the staff was very kind and helped saying goodbye be as beautiful as it could be. The facility is also kept incredibly clean and is a beautiful place to be able to cremate your loved one.
