Zachary Otto Larson, 34, of Austin, Texas, passed away on October 28, 2025, following a tragic accident. He was born on December 5, 1990, in Wilmington, North Carolina, to Stephen Webster Larson and Dana Lawrence Glenn.
Zachary was a bright light in the lives of everyone who knew him. He had a boundless love for music, learning, and laughter. A talented and passionate DJ, Zachary brought joy to countless people through his music and infectious energy. He loved attending festivals, cheering for his beloved Carolina Panthers, and spending meaningful time with his family and friends.
Known for his quick wit, intelligence, and endless curiosity, Zachary could teach himself anything and engage in deep conversations about a wide range of topics. His warmth and humor made him unforgettable to all who crossed his path.
He is survived by his parents, Stephen Webster Larson, Dana Lawrence Glenn, and stepmother Nenita Larson; his siblings Stephen Larson Jr., Mary Larson Parrish, Tammy Wingfield, Rebekah Larson Siddiqui, Abigail Larson, Leah Larson, and Elizabeth Larson; and by his many nieces and nephews who adored him: Stephen Larson III, Andrew Larson, Dylan Lippard, Dominick Koning, Belene Rodriguez, Cesi Preciado Rodriguez, Olivia Rodriguez, Ashley Larson, Grace Newton, Kylee (Finn) Haney, and Mia Gonzales.
Zachary was deeply loved by his family and friends. He will be missed tremendously, but his memory will live on forever in the hearts of all who knew him. His laughter, music, and spirit are ours to keep—always.
