It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Mr. Larry McClintock on March 27, 2025. Born on May 3, 1950, Larry led a noble and honor-filled life dedicated to his family, his work, and serving his country.
Known affectionately as a gentle giant, Larry was a man of conviction and hard work. His life was a testament to his belief that anything out of life has to be earned through hard work. As an Army Veteran, his commitment to service and country was evident. But his greatest accomplishment and pride lay in the love for his wife and family.
Predeceased by his beloved wife Peggy McClintock and his father James McClintock, Larry leaves behind a precious family-daughters Brandy and Tracey McClintock, son-in-law Elton Thomas Sr., and a vibrant brood of grandchildren-Anthony, Amber, Tommy Miles III, Alyssa, Elton Thomas Jr., Matthew, Caleb, Zayla, Jacob, Jordan, Rowan, Kendall, and Noah. Each of them carry a part of Larry’s legacy of kindness, gratitude, and devotion.
Despite the pain of his absence, we hold on to the belief, “this isn’t goodbye, it’s see you later.” Though cancer may have taken Larry from us, his spirit lives on in our hearts and memories. His imprint is forever etched in the hearts of those he touched with his humility, integrity, and love.
As we mourn Larry’s loss, we also celebrate his life. We celebrate a man who did not simply live but epitomized the virtues of hard work, service, and love. His life was a lesson for us; his departure, a reminder of the power of love, kindness, and gratitude. Larry McClintock’s legacy will forever inspire and live on through his family and all those he influenced in his journey.
