Clarence Donald Hudson 84, passed away at his home in Pflugerville Texas in the early morning hours of January 21, 2025. Don passed away on his own terms with all of his children and wife, Nancy, at his side.
Don was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan on August 18th 1940 to Joyce Lodema Stewart and Clarence Bernard “Curly” Hudson. He was the 2nd of 8 siblings which included Patricia (Larry) Kindle, Mary (Ken) Lohstroh, Nancy Krzyworz, George (Bev) Hudson, John (Sue) Foley, Kevin Foley, and Margaret Foley
Don’s immediate family consisted of 5 Children Douglas Hudson, Teresa Hudson, Rock Hudson and wife Maggy, Jennifer Hudson and husband Bret Johnson, and James Hudson. 9 grandchildren Cassie Rudolph and husband Dustin, Jason Borgman, Luke Borgman and wife Claire, Austin Hudson and Ashley, Kennedy Hudson and Ryan, Nadia Hudson, Olivia Johnson, Emma Johnson, and Addison Johnson. He was also happy to have 2 additional step-grandkids, Fernanda and Santiago, join the family. Don was also blessed with 6 soon to be 7 great grandchildren.
Don’s extended family included many in-laws and close family friends that will also greatly miss him.
He was preceded in death by his Father, Mother, step-father, Tom Foley, his sister Pat, brother-in-law Larry, brother George, sister-in-law Starla, and brother-in-law Butch.
